You NEED to do that creamy coconut chia pudding, with a layer of chocolate coconut, topped with a lot of berries and lychees. My favorite! It is a scrumptious breakfast or a snack/dessert. 🙌🏾
I like making a batch of breakfast chia puddings on Sundays, it retains me organised for the week, merely seize one out of the fridge and high with some contemporary fruit. That is a straightforward Four ingredient recipe, batch away!
Makes 3-Four jars.
-3/Four can coconut milk. About 280ml (Shake vigorously to combine properly)
-1 cup of coconut milk (use any you want)
-6 tbsp of chia seeds
-2 tbsp of maple syrup
-1 tbsp of cocoa powder.
-Shake can properly, combine and add 3/Four of coconut milk to a bow.
-Add the maple syrup, and chia seeds and half cup of milk, Combine properly.
-Depart to set for 10 minutes, add the remainder of the milk, or much less to your consistency.
-In a bowl, add Four tbsp of the combination and add cocoa powder, combine properly.
-Fill your jars with the coconut combination, high with the chocolate layer and preserve refrigerated with a lid till the following morning.
-Add some extra milk if required, you may high with this something you want resembling: fruit, yogurt, PeanutButter, granola and many others.
👉🏽Use glass jars for the fridge, they preserve about 2-Three days.
