The key to a great flat bread is artistic elements. I marinated the halloumi in peakblends Arabian nights earlier than I evenly fried it.
Change the halloumi by making it vegan with tofu, or add rooster or lamb.
I made these straightforward flatbreads earlier than I added chilli hummus, pickled purple cabbage, gherkins and salad leaves. It’s filled with stuffed with flavour, crunch and spice. That is my go to flatbread flavours and I can’t wait to recreate it once more. What’s your favorite filling? .

  1. We had the same but switched out the halloumi with haddock goujons filled with romaine lettuce, red cabbage and homemade mango salsa…delish!
