➑️ Methodology
– cube onion and potatoes into cubes.
– In a bowl add the gram flour and all of the spices above. Combine with water to type a paste. (needs to be the consistency proven within the video)
-Add the potatoes, chilli and coriander to the combo and stir properly.
-Take one giant spoon of the combination and brought to the wok, fryer and hold mixing to get an equal combine. – Fry for a couple of minutes on each aspect till brown and crispy.
– Serve with cool raita or carrot chutney.
