Sunday brunching, one in every of my favorite days to eat, take pleasure in and it’s full of love, and so MUCH style! Achari merely means a pickled masala!

I’m biased after I say you may’t beat an Indian brunch, served with masala tea, and a nap!! πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Components:
-Four medium boiled chopped potatoes albert_bartlett
-1 small finely chopped onion
-Thumb of ginger lastly grated.
-Three minced garlic cloves
-Spices – 1tsp of salt.
Β½ tsp of chilli powder, garam masala, cumin seeds, coriander powder, mustard seeds, dry pomegranate seeds, kala namak
-1 dry Kashmiri chili
-2 small curry leaves.
-Handful of coriander.
-Four tbsp of passata
-1-2 tbsp of mango pickle (blitz or mashed) or your favorite..
-Oil to fry the sauce/tarka

Methodology:
-Flash fry potatoes in a scorching wok with oil and Β½ tsp salt for 3-Four minutes.
-Mood the cumin seeds, mustard and curry leaves for 1 min, earlier than including the onions.
-Add the garlic, chilli and ginger and cook dinner for an additional 2 minutes.
-Add all of the spices, cook dinner for 30 seconds, then passata and the pickle paste.
-Add Three tbsp of water to sauce and add the potatoes and coat properly within the sauce and cook dinner for 1-2 minutes, take away the dry chilli earlier than including coriander.
