-2 cups of milk, I used koko_coconutuk .
-1 ripen banana.
-1 peeled, cored apple.
-1/four cup of oats.
-1 tsp of cinnamon
-1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.
-Non-obligatory, dry roast the oats in a scorching pan for jiffy. (Removes that flour style.)
-Place all substances in blender and blitz.
-Pour into 2 glasses over ice.
