-1cup of boiled orzo.
-Three tbsp Olive oil
-1 small crimson onion finely chopped
-1 tsp of minced garlic
-2 celery finely chopped
-1/2 finely chopped candy crimson pepper
-4/5 chopped olives
-Spices: 1tsp salt, pepper, smoked paprika
-1/2 lemon juice
-2 tbsp of white wine vinegar.
-Handful recent chopped parsley
-Garnish with spring onions.
-Slice Aubergine lengthways in skinny slices.
-Make a spice mixture of 1/2 tsp of salt, pepper, smoked paprika. 1tsp of za’atar.
-Sprinkle combine on aubergines and gently fry each side till crispy.
-Boil 1 cup of Orzo in salted water as per packet directions.
-In a pan gently fry some onions, celery, garlic for two minutes.
-Add peppers, spices, and boiled orzo. Combine effectively and add lemon and white wine vinegar and olives.
-Combine effectively and garnish with parsley, spring onions. Add the grilled aubergines and serve.
