I loved some me time this morning, and naturally taking my time with this scrumptious breakfast. You may’t beat a traditional, and this one is tasty, fast and full of flavour, topped with some garlic mushrooms and pine nuts.

Recipe:
-1 ripen avocado
-1/2 tsp of garlic powder
-1/2 salt, pepper, smoked paprika, chilli flakes
-2 tsp of evoo
-squeeze of lemon juice
-handful of parsley and coriander
-2 slices of Rye & Wheat bread lovebakerstreet

Topping:
-1 massive white mushroom sliced.
-handful toast pine nuts

Technique:
-Put all of the substances right into a blender and pulse till chunky/clean consistency.
-Slice your mushrooms and gently fry in some sizzling oil, half tsp garlic, salt and pepper.
-Toast 2 slices of bread, generously cowl the toast with the avocado, and add the mushroom and end with toasted pine nuts, herbs and greens. Merely scrumptious!
