I made a big pan of this wonderful pickle and I actually ate most of it throughout testing and funky down. πŸ’― regular proper!!

Once I was despatched a recent veg field by piktfresh and noticed the basis greens and I knew I needed to make it. I used to be so comfortable to see the collection of in-season greens.

Recipe:
-Three Beetroot peeled and chopped
-Four medium peeled and chopped carrots
-1 lemon
– Four tbsp of vinegar
– thumb of finely chopped ginger
-1 sliced inexperienced chilli
– Spices 1 tsp of: salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, crimson mustard seeds.
-Three Tbsp of rapeseed oil.

Technique:
– Gently mood the mustard seeds, ed by inexperienced chilli and ginger.
-Add the spices.
-Add the sliced beetroot and slowly prepare dinner on medium warmth.
-After 5 minutes add the carrots, vinegar, and recent lemon.
-Examine seasoning and prepare dinner till al-dente.

This pickle is ideal with something. Salads, burgers, stir-fry, sandwiches and rice. I made Four jars and I’m able to make some extra once more. Let me know if you happen to do that recipe hey_renu.
