Puffed, deep fried scrumptious bread. That is recipe is superb, a bit like a Scottish deep fried Mars bar- you simply merely have to attempt it!! πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

I’ve been requested for this recipe just a few occasions, because it’s served as Punjabi brunch with chick pea curry/Chole (see earlier publish and reel for recipe) it’s my mums recipe so you already know it’s going to be assured winner! ⭐️

So moorish, tasty!

Components:
-Four cups of self elevating flour
-Four tbsp of plain/ any yogurt.
-1 tsp of: salt, sugar, carom seeds.
-2 tsp of oil (sunflower or vegetable)
-Water for the dough.
-Oil to deep fry.

Technique:
-I used a stand mixer, or you are able to do it by hand, combine all of the substances and step by step add the water to type a dough.
-End kneading by hand and sprinkle some oil over the dough, go away to show in a heat place for so long as you may.
-In a big wok, warmth up some oil and take a hand filled with dough and roll out on a floor with a rolling pin. Use some oil to assist as an alternative of flour.
-Roll into skinny circles and launch into the oil. The trick is to make it rise so gently cowl the highest with oil to lift some peak and bubbles.
-Flip over so either side flip a golden brown. Take away and drain on to parchment paper.
