These are simple, scrumptious breakfast muffins and made with simply 6 components. They’re excellent on the go muffins!

They’re vegan, plant based mostly, and made in much less then 30 minutes.

Substances:
-250g of oats.
-100g pecan nuts, crushed.
-Three tbsp of agave.
-200 milk alpro
-2 mashed banana.
-180g Raspberries/blueberries.

Methodology:
-Add the crushed nuts to the oats, add in agave.
-Add in mashed banana and milk and add within the raspberries.
-Scoop into muffin cups. Optionally available; sprinkle some chocolate nibs/chips.
-Prepare dinner for 18 minutes on 180.
