Keep in mind Banana bread- the staple lockdown loaf?! πŸ™ŒπŸΎ

This recipe is one I all the time refer again to, and by no means lets me down. It’s very easy so as to add different components resembling nuts or fruit, I added peanut butter this time.

Components:
-125g butter.
-160g caster sugar.
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
-1 egg, overwhelmed.
-2 very ripe bananas, mashed.
-190g self elevating flour.
-60ml milk.
-Three tbsp of peanut butter manilife_

Methodology:
-Grease and line a 2lb loaf tin.
-Soften butter, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan over a medium warmth.
-Take away from warmth and add the mashed bananas, combine properly.
-Add the egg and peanut butter and blend properly.
-Stir within the flour and the milk.
-Pour into the ready tin, sprinkle with a tablespoon of demerara sugar to present a crunch topping.
-Bake at 150 C / 45minutes, or till a skewer comes out clear.

Depart to chill and luxuriate in with some peanut butter and tea.
