Love tofu? That you must do this recipe then!! A scrumptious ginger garlic tofu with stem broccoli.

Substances:
-1 block tofu tofooco
-Three minced garlic cloves and thumb grated ginger.
-Three tbsp of soy sauce
-Three tbsp of apple cider vinegar
-2 tbsp ketjap manis if not use maple syrup

-Veg optionally available; sliced inexperienced peppers, broccoli ends.
-Chilli flakes
-Coriander
-1/2 cup cornflour.

Methodology:
-Dry out the tofu by wrapping it in a tea fabric and putting one thing heavy for 1hr.

-Coat the tofu in cornflour and gently fry on each side till golden brown.

Serve with some rice, gently fried broccoli stems.
