Warming, scrumptious straightforward mid week meal prepared in 30 minutes. A fast comforting household meal and excellent for fussy eaters. You can also make this upfront and freeze batch it too.

Components:
-1 cup 150-170 puy lentils, pre boiled
-1 celery finely chopped
-1 medium chopped carrot
-2 minced garlic
-2 bay leaves
-half onion finely chopped
-Spices, 1tsp of salt, pepper, paprika, thyme,
– knorruk vegetable inventory, water
-2 tbsp worcestershire sauce (elective however extremely suggest)
-Oil to cook dinner with; 2tbsp

Methodology:
-Boil the lentils in salty seasoned water.
-In a pan, mood the bay leaves in sizzling oil and onion.
-Add the garlic, and the greens and gently fry for a couple of minutes
-Add the herbs, spices and the lentils and blend nicely.
-Add 1 cup of inventory water and permit to simmer for 20 minutes on medium warmth.
-Place the lentils in an oven proof dish or a medium skillet pan.
-Comply with my mash potato technique and pipe the potatoes ontop of the lentils. Non-obligatory nevertheless it actually makes this look so fairly.
