Because it’s nationwide sandwich week I believed I’d share my go to simple grilled sandwich. It’s a my simple go to brunch served with masala beans, as at all times requested! It’s an amazing indulgence brunch.
Dressed with my favorite nim jam dipping sauce. (Recipe on submit)

Components:
-oil to fry.
-bread; buttered each side! -grated cheese -finely chopped onion
-1 mince garlic -1/2 chopped chilli -finely chopped veg, mushroom, tomatoes.
-spices, half of tsp of maldonsalt, pepper, paprika, -2 tbs of harissa/tomato purée paste. -coriander .

Technique:
-Fry the garlic in oil earlier than you add the greens. -Add the spices and purée.
-Add the combination to some bread and add the grated cheese to create a sandwich. -Fry on a low warmth toasting all sides. -Serve with my masala beans and sauce, and a cup of chai! .
Masala beans:
-Fry 1 tsp of cumin seeds in 2 tbsp of oil
-Add finely chopped inexperienced chilli. Prepare dinner each for lower than 2 minutes. (You’ll be able to add finely chopped onion)
-Spices: half of tsp of salt, pepper, garam masala
-Add beans, prepare dinner for a couple of minutes and add a handful of coriander.
