It is a favorite Indian streetfood dish of mine, with the flavours simply partying in my mouth. I might eat this chaat bowl salad on daily basis. These scrumptious vegan aloo tiki’s will be made upfront and batch freeze too!

Elements:
-1 packet steamed Ayrshire potatoes scotty__brand
-half purple onion finely chopped
-half inexperienced chilli chopped (non-obligatory)
-handful of contemporary coriander
-Spices; 1 tsp salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, coriander powder, garam masala.
half tsp purple chilli powder, tumeric
-2 tbsp of rice flour (or use cornflour)

Methodology:
-Steam your peeled potatoes.
-Mash along with your hand to maintain a chunky chunk
-Add the onion, spices, coriander powder and flour.
-Combine nicely. With a moist hand divide the combination and make equal dimension balls and create little patties.
-Refrigerate for 30 minutes and gently fry in small batches till golden and crispy.
-To assemble your salad bowl, Add some yogurt raita (verify the earlier put up for this), ribboned moolie, cucumber, julienne carrots, masala corn (verify the earlier recipe). Carrot chutney, contemporary coriander, pickled onions, and many tamarind chutney
