π•Šπ•¦π•Ÿπ••π•’π•ͺ ℝ𝕠𝕒𝕀π•₯.

This Sunday’s roast is considered one of my favourites, consuming seasonal greens and a very comforting plate of roast root greens, lentils tahini and dukkah.

Including the lentils provides it a layer of texture, a filling style and a wholesome protein. I really like the addition of tahini and dukkah, it merely finishes this dish. I’m obsessive about these flavours!

Make it as a one tray roast by merely roasting greens, butternut squash, potatoes, carrots, beetroot. Season very well, I take advantage of plenty of Turkish spices which work completely.

Half means by means of the roast, add some lentils, I used a packet of pre cooked brown lentils oddpodsfoods and added cavolo Nero kale, which crisp so properly.
I completed with some tahini and simply made dukkah, (floor a combination of nuts, add some crumb too!)

My favorite, my go to vegan roast straightforward dish. I hope you can provide it a attempt.
