An ideal summer season salad that takes minutes to make, its a plate winner. Pair this with spicy meats, combined grill,fish and tofu and paneer. Mainly something!
Elements:
-Recent Parsley finely chopped 30g
-Recent mint finely chopped 30g
-Finely chopped 1 onion (any)
-Finely chopped 1 tomato
-1 cup of cooked high-quality cous cous
-1 juice of lemon
-2 tsp of olive oil
-1 tsp of salt, pepper, sumac.

Methodology
-Soak the cous cous in water or flavoured inventory dice for 30/40 minutes. Cowl after which fork it to single out grains. -Combine all components collectively and serve.
