🐟 Complete seabream in spicy tomato sauce
I really like consuming entire fish. Do not know what it’s about it. I assume I like having the ability to verify their eyes to see in the event that they’re recent after I’m shopping for it vs. a filet 🤷
What you may want:
1 entire sea bream (or one other white fish, I’ve performed this with sea bass, baramundi, all good)
2 cups diced tomatoes
5 cloves garlic, peeled, smashed
Three chilies, chopped
Four tbsp lemon juice (I might use white wine earlier than however..lemon throughout dry January)
Recent herbs (basil, dill, parsley)
1. Season fish with salt & pepper on either side then fry in olive oil for 4-5 minutes over medium warmth.
2. Flip fish and add in garlic and chili for 1 minute.
3. Add in tomatoes, recent herbs, salt & pepper and stir one other minute.
4. Add in lemon juice (or white wine in the event you’re utilizing) and Four tbsp of water.
5. Scale back to medium-low warmth and canopy for eight minutes.
6. Serve with extra recent herbs & lemon juice.
