This straightforward and simple recipe makes for a fast and scrumptious keto snack (or a daily snack for those who’re me π).
What you will want:
Pig pores and skin
Impartial oil
Coarse salt
Air fryer (I used my on the spot pot with the air fryer lid attachment)
Technique:
1. Rating the pig pores and skin in a criss cross sample
2. Go away the pork pores and skin uncovered within the fridge for no less than 24 hours (I left mine for 48)
3. Take away from fridge and wipe off any condensation with a paper towel.
4. Rub oil all around the pig pores and skin and sprinkle with coarse salt.
5. Air fry at 400F (200C) for 20 minutes flipping half method.
Notes:
Leaving the pores and skin uncovered within the fridge helps to dry out the pores and skin and assist it crisp up.
