I stumbled upon pomegranate molasses at sanagansmeatlocker and thought I needed to attempt it and I am so glad I picked this up! The sauce is completely tart and actually cuts via the fattiness of the duck.

What you will want:
1 duck breast (woodwardmeats)
1/Four cup pomegranate molasses
1/Four small onion, diced
1/Four lemon, juiced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped thyme
Pomegranate garnish

Technique:
1. Pat dry the duck breast and season just a few hours earlier than. Return the duck, uncovered, into the fridge.
2. Take out of the fridge and let relaxation to room temperature about 30 minutes earlier than your cook dinner.
