What to do with the leftover duck carcass? Thought of doing a fried rice, or lettuce wraps, however that appeared like extra work so why not make my favorite noodles! Often you utilize roast duck with this so there’s roast duck pores and skin on this dish too however 🀷

What you may want:
Leftover duck, shredded
1 purple pepper, sliced
1/Four onion, sliced
2 garlic, minced
1 chili, chopped
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp darkish soy sauce
1 tbsp tamari
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 pkg pickled greens (Chinese language supermarkets)
Noodles, cooked to package deal directions
Low sodium hen broth

Technique:
1. Saute onions on medium warmth for a minute then add in peppers for one more 2 minutes.
2. Add garlic and chili for one more minute earlier than pickled greens for one more minute.
