🍖 Harissa and sesame crusted rack of lamb
I found the belazu_co rose harissa paste not way back and the primary dishes I did was a baked hen and a roasted eggplant…SO GOOD. Not stunned that this labored so nicely with lamb too 🥰 the harissa yogurt dip pairs rather well too so do not skip it!!!
I made a decision so as to add a black&white sesame crust 1) as a result of my go to breadcrumb coating wasnt kosher for my elimination weight-reduction plan and a couple of) as a result of I believed it could look fairly 😂. I did have some hassle getting the sesame to stay on, so in case you’re not on any weight-reduction plan, swap it out for a bread crumb, chopped herbs, parmesan, and melted butter coating.
