Now that we’re again to 100% WFH I am again to having salad for lunch on a regular basis (principally out of comfort / not eager to spend time fascinated with what to eat, however I assume it is also wholesome π )
What are a few of your favorite salad elements so I can combine issues up?
Right here we had a base of area greens topped with strawberries, corn, crimson onion, and black olives.
Dressing was easy: balsamic vinegar, black pepper, and evoo from gaiafinefoods π€
