I loveeeee Korean rice truffles 😍 particularly on this spicy Korean hen dish! Usually served cooking on the desk.

What you may want:
1 lb hen breast / thigh, cubed
1 small candy potato, peeled & reduce into half of inch sticks
1 small carrot, peeled & reduce into half of sticks
1 small onion, sliced
half of small cabbage, shredded
Korean rice truffles (as a lot as you want!)
Garnish with inexperienced onion & sesame seeds

Marinade:
Four tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sake
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp curry powder
1 shallot, minced
5 garlic, minced
5 sliced ginger, minced

1. Combine collectively all marinade components and reduce up hen and refrigerate for minimal 1 hour (I left mine for 4).
2. Prepare your components in a pan that is flippantly oiled over medium warmth.
3. Preserve stirring! Every thing must be cooked in about 10 – 15 minutes.

Notes:
If in case you have Korean perilla leaves (which I did not) you possibly can add it to the dish. It tasted simply superb with out it in my view!
