This seafood stew was an absolute hit and I am unable to wait to make this once more 😍 maybe after my elimination food plan so I can serve this over rice πŸ₯²πŸ€€

What you may want:
Seafood of your selection (agency white fish works properly – right now I used grouper, tiger shrimp, scallops, squid)
half of onion, diced
1 cup carrot, diced
1 cup bell pepper, diced
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1 jalapeno, sliced
Three garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp tomato paste
Three tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup rooster inventory
1 can coconut milk
1/Four lime, juiced
1/Four cup cilantro, chopped

Technique:
1. Sweat onions, carrot, jalapeno, pepper tomatoes, in that order leaving 1-2 minutes earlier than including every vegetable.
2. Add tomato paste for 1 minute and stir in garlic for an additional minute.
3. Deglaze with lime juice and stir in rooster inventory, coconut milk, and spices. Add salt & pepper to style.
4. Add in your seafood of selection and prepare dinner till accomplished.
5. Flip off warmth and stir in cilantro.

Notes:
Undoubtedly advocate serving this with rice or bread to dip however the stew is mild sufficient that I simply sipped it as if it was a soup. You too can add extra lime / lime zest on the finish to style.

P.S. 2 folks completed this dish and I had sufficient sauce leftover within the pot that I would have one other meal tomorrow if I simply add extra seafood.
