The roast cherry tomato burrata pasta was so creamy and scrumptious final time I believed I would strive it out with mushrooms as a result of.. Properly.. I really like mushrooms πŸ˜‚ what I forgot so as to add was my truffle paste.. Ugh.. Subsequent time. However that is fairly good as it’s. If you would like a heavier hit of mushroom add truffle paste or dried porcini.

What you may want:
1 contemporary burrata
Bunch of mushrooms, chopped (I used portabello and oyster)
Pasta, cooked in line with directions, reserve some pasta water
2 shallot, chopped
Four garlic, minced
Cilantro, chopped
~1 cup grated Parm
~1 cup half & half

Technique:
1. Sweat shallots for Three minutes on medium warmth with evoo.
2. Cook dinner mushrooms ~Four minutes (season with S&P)and add in garlic for an additional minute.
3. Decrease warmth and pour in cream, add in chopped cilantro and cooked pasta then toss to mix.
4. Add a little bit of pasta water and prepare dinner one other minute or 2.
5. Flip off warmth, combine in grated Parm, prime with contemporary burrata to serve.
6. Minimize up and blend in burrata when consuming!
