First time making an attempt out a pasta different and this black bean fettucine from livivafoods was not the gloopy mush I used to be anticipating. Al dente and fairly dense in comparison with common pasta.. In the event you’ve had these bean curd noodles earlier than I would say it is just like that.
Onto the pasta itself.. The umami from this sauce comes from the tomalley inside the shrimp heads. Do not get grossed out when you normally throw away the shrimp heads, belief me, this sauce is sweet 👍👍👍
What you will want:

half can of San Marzano tomatoes
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup onion, diced
