I’m taking you again with a nostalgic college pudding, simple and scrumptious, vegan dessert that’s made with four substances and prepared in 30

-Prepared made brief crust pastry jus_rol
-5 tbsp of strawberry jam waitrose
-125g cornflakes
-135g golden syrup, warmed.

-Preheat your oven to 190
-Roll out the pastry on a floured floor, line your tart tin sides and backside. If it breaks simply press it again collectively.
-Prick the bottom and blind bake it with foil with beans /raw rice for 10 minutes.
-Scale back warmth to 160 and take away foil and beans and cook dinner for an extra 10 minutes.
-Unfold your jam evenly.
-Heat the golden syrup and add the cornflakes and coat nicely.
-Add the cornflakes to the tart and press down with a spoon to set.
-Hold refrigerated and serve heat with custard.
