Do that simple one-tray soup. Merely roast every thing, blitz it, and also you’re accomplished!

Components:
-Combination of tomatoes, I used: San Marzano, Vine, Cherry, Crimson Gold Santini marksandspencerfoodpr
-1.5 bulbs of Garlic
-Recent Basil
-2 medium onions; 1 pink and 1 yellow
-1 pink pepper
-Seasoning salt, pepper, garlic pepper, non-obligatory chili flakes
-Olive Oil
-Veg inventory knorruk and 150ml water – extra if wanted

Technique:
-In a big baking tray, merely chop all of the veg in half and place them on the roasting tray. Chop the highest and backside of the garlic bulb.
-Drizzle generously with olive oil, and add seasoning of salt, pepper, and non-obligatory chili flakes.
-Roast for 25-30 minutes on 180c till the veg is gentle is blistered.
-Take away from warmth, squeeze the garlic bulb and add to a giant pot.
-Add veg inventory and produce to warmth, and use a hand blender to blitz. I prefer to hold mine a chunky consistency.
-Verify to season and add 1 tsp of garlic pepper.

For the soup topping:
– In a pan add some olive oil, chopped child tomatoes, chopped garlic, and basil till golden and crispy.
-Add this over your soup earlier than serving. 💯

Serve with crispy tiger sourdough bread.
