β° 15 minute recipe together with prep time
What you will want:
1 Chinese language luffa, pores and skin peeled, minimize into 1.5″ discs
eight garlic, minced
Three tbsp XO sauce
1 cup hen inventory
Technique:
1. Lay your peeled and minimize luffa right into a thick rimmed plate and pour in hen inventory.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Steam luffa over medium excessive warmth for ~6-7 minutes.
4. In a small pan warmth up 2 tbsp of impartial oil on excessive warmth and fry your garlic till virtually brown.
5. Scale back warmth to medium low and add in XO sauce for 1-2 minutes.
6. Spoon over cooked luffa.
Notes:
You’ll be able to most likely use much less hen inventory ~half cup however I froze my ready inventory in 1 cup increments so once I defrosted I used all of it..
