-2 cups oat milk getmightyuk
-2 tbsp chia seeds hollandandbarrett
-1.5 tbsp of maple syrup / honey
-Toppings – Raspberries, pumpkin seeds, peanut butter and so forth

Technique:
-In a bowl, add all of the substances and blend properly
-Empty into glass jars, cowl, and refrigerate.
-Take away, (optionally available) empty into one other jar or bowl, add some milk to the oats, and easily layer with toppings.
