π Tumeric fish, tomato, dill noodle soup
Everytime I make hen broth or hen pho I prefer to make a bigger batch and freeze the broth for later. It may be a base for a lot of different soups and makes for a fast meal.
What you may want:
Rooster broth
Cod loin
Tumeric
Diced tomatoes
Chopped dill
Noodles of your alternative, ready in response to the package deal
Thai basil, chili, lime garnish (you may add scallion / parsley / fried shallots if you want)
Technique:
1. Reheat hen broth and stir in tomato and dill for about 5-10 minutes.
2. Pat dry cod and minimize into smaller items.
3. Coat cod items with tumeric and shallow fry underneath medium-low warmth.
4. Assemble bowl & eat!
Notes:
You possibly can substitute tumeric cod with shrimps, fish balls, squid truffles, or one other type of white fish/seafood! This soup works fairly nicely with most seafood.
